List tvoří žerďový černý pruh široký třetinu délky listu a dva vodorovné pruhy, bílý a zelený. V černém pruhu čtyři žerďové žluté klíny s vrcholy na vlajícím okraji pruhu. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
